To handle business regulatory aspects of the Department of Commerce's functions. One of the primary goals for this section is to establish regulatory policies that will ensure compliance while simultaneously reduce time requirements for businesses to meet said regulations

To enhance ASG's role in stimulating, fostering and promoting local entrepreneurship.

Promote and advance objectives pertinent to the development of small businesses by providing access to venture capital, technical assistance in every business through regulations, and advance business-friendly policies.

Provide staff support and technical assistance to the Zoning Board of American Samoa
Provide gap financing to the local business community.
